Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return at your cost unused product in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt, with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase. Your refund will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase.
But products that have been altered, modified or installed in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds, and samples cannot be returned or refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped you the wrong product.
Soulscrafts is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Installed products are considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
Cancellations Policy
Orders canceled before delivery can be canceled without penalty. Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, Soulscrafts will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
Custom Orders
Custom order products are non-refundable once tendered. Damaged or defective product can be exchanged. You can call Customer Care for assistance.
Refused Orders
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY ORDERED SHIPMENT. If a shipment is refused, Soulscrafts will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. Call Customer Care for assistance please.
